Owner
Andrew Turski, Owner of Mowing Men LLC, is a graduate of Notre Dame College with a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. He founded the company in 2019 with a clear vision of building a reliable, high-quality landscaping service rooted in hard work and integrity. With seven years of industry experience and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Andrew has grown Mowing Men into a thriving and respected business through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Alex DePolo
Head Landscaper
Alex DePolo, a graduate of Olmsted Falls High School, has been with Mowing Men LLC for the past three years, starting as a crew member and growing into a key leadership role within our field operations. He now manages the company’s day-to-day activities, including crew coordination, scheduling, and quality control, ensuring every property meets our high standards.
Dominic Caggiano
Crew Leader
Dominic Caggiano, an Olmsted Falls High School graduate, is entering his second year with Mowing Men LLC and has already grown from a crew member into a crew leader. Through hard work, reliability, and a strong attention to detail, he earned the responsibility of overseeing job sites and guiding team members. Dominic plays a key role in both our lawn maintenance and landscaping divisions, ensuring each property meets the high standards our clients expect.
Luke Turski
Crew Member
Luke Turski, a crew member at Mowing Men LLC and has been a dedicated part-time team member for the past seven years. With seven years of hands-on experience in lawn care and landscaping, along with an Associate’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Luke brings both technical knowledge and practical expertise to the field. He leads lawn maintenance crews and oversees landscaping projects, ensuring every job is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
